Welcome Negócios Imobiliários approaches the market with its founding partner’s 25 years of experience as a lawyer in Real Estate law, serving a clientele of mostly investors, both national and foreign. This discipline permitted familiarization with a great variety of real estate operations and, moreover, assimilation of the high level of demands typical of an investing client.

The good news is that now Welcome clients are able to see their properties offered to a select investor public, through people capable of conducting business with the integrity, obligation and transparency demanded by this market segment.

All the professionals at Welcome are fluent in at least one foreign language. Presently our clients are attended in Portuguese, English, Spanish or Italian.
